Texture & Quality

  • Grade 10A (which is the best grade of human hair weave). All our hair products were made with 100% virgin unprocessed human hair (Grade 10A) from one doner with thick ends and strong human hair structure.
  • Brazilian hair has a coarse texture with high luster and holds curls well.
  • Indian hair has a soft texture with high luster and holds curls well.
  • Malaysian hair has a silky texture and very shiny and holds a curl.
  • Peruvian hair has a silky coarse texture with medium luster and holds a curl.
  • 2 to 3 years if you follow our Hair Care & Maintenance guidelines.
  • Up to 20 to 30 uses with gentle handling, proper cleaning and maintenance.

Hair Care & Maintenance

  • Soak hair product in a sink or bowl of diluted conditioner for 30 minutes to an hour. This allows hair product to soak in maximum moisture. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry hair product before install and detangle accordingly.
  • We highly recommend getting your hair products installed by a certified professional for the best natural looking results. Seeking a professional stylist for installation, scheduled maintenance appointments will make all hair products last longer. Additionally, scheduled follow-ups help with minimizing damage from tangling, hair loss and weft construction.
  • Straight, Wavy, Curly and Kinky Textures: Gently brush with soft bristle brush or wide-tooth comb to prevent tangles. Use leave-in conditioner and apply detangler or silicone spray. Wigs need to be air dried and not blow dried. Use heat sparingly for hair extensions
  • Yes, Divas Secret Unlimited hair can be dyed and bleached to any custom color like your natural hair. We offer a variety of Remy color hair weft, ombre hair bundles, #613 Blonde hair bundles aside from our virgin hair bundles. If you choose to custom color your hair bundles we highly recommend getting the #613 Blonde hair bundles for optimal results of your choice of custom hair colors.
  • Gently brush your hair 2 to 3 times daily to prevent tangles.
  • Sweat and dirt cause tangles so we recommend washing your hair regularly (weekly).
  • Reinstall hair every 4 to 6 weeks to ensure hair products are fresh, securely fitted and styled.
  • Air dry and not blow dry. Use heat sparingly. Use shampoo that is humidity resistant.
  • Avoid puncture of lace hair products (wigs, frontals, closures). Avoid rough handling, scratching, clips and pins.
  • When washing and shampooing your hair products gently shampoo in downward direction.

Shipping & Processing

  • Your orders will be shipped from our warehouses. Items in stock are shipped within 1 to 3 business days; customized items are shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
